After the success of the 2010 edition, the International Marine Ingredients Conference returns for a second time.
The conference aims to be a meeting place for industrial players, scientists and authorities interested in sustainable growth of marine ingredients.
Addressing the theme of 'From science to industrial production', the conference will focus on scientific and industrial development within the international marine ingredient industry. This will include innovations and new applications of bioactive peptides and omega-3 oils within animal feed, food, and pharmaceuticals.
Speakers include: Lisbeth Berg-Hansen, Minister of Fisheries and Coastal Affairs, Norway; Andrew Jackson, technical director, IFFO, UK; Nina Jensen, CEO, WWF, Norway.
The event will take place September 22-24, 2013 in Oslo, Norway.
